Printing operation skills
1. To print a document, the user can drag an Internet shortcut to the printer icon on the desktop.
2. To quickly print a frame on a web page, right-click the frame and then click the "Print" option.
3. Users can print out a list of all links connected to the web page. In the Print dialog box, click Print Link List.
4. Users can print all documents linked on the specified web page. In the Print dialog box, click Print all linked documents
. 5. To print the current page or active frame, press Ctrl + P key combination.

Address bar operation skills
1. To display the Internet address that the user has typed in the address bar, press F4.
2. In the address bar, press the Ctrl+← key combination to allow the cursor to move backward quickly in units of the address part.
3. In the address bar, press the Ctrl+→ key combination to allow the cursor to move forward quickly in the address part.
4. Users can type the friendly name of the favorite page in the address bar, and then select the web page name in the autocomplete list that appears.
5. To search from the address bar, type go, find, or ? before a word or word, and then press Enter.
6. Press the Alt + D key combination to move the cursor to the address bar.
7. Users can type a word in the address bar and press the Ctrl + Enter key combination to automatically add http://www. and .com at both ends of the word.

Tool menu operation skills
1. To change the homepage to the webpage that the user currently opens, click the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options", and then click the "Use Current Page" button.
2. To free up hard disk space by deleting temporary files, click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Delete File button.
3. To change the color of the link on the web page, click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Color button.
4. Click the Tools menu and then click Windows Update to install other Internet Explorer components.
5. To adjust the hard disk space for storing temporary Internet files, click the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options", and then click the "Settings" button.

Favorites operation skills
1. Click the "Favorites" menu and then click "Solve Favorites" to add the folder to the favorites list.
2. Right-click a shortcut in the "Favorites" or link list, and then click "Delete" to delete it.
3. To change the offline properties of the favorites site, right-click the item in the favorites list and click Properties.
4. To filter which web sites can be displayed by the user's computer, click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, click the Contents tab, and then click Enable.

Window operation skills
1. Press F11 to switch between Internet Explorer regular size window and full screen mode.
2. Press Ctrl+W to close the current window.
3. Press Ctrl+N to create a new window.

Web operation skills
1. Right-click on a page and click "Create Shortcut" to quickly create a shortcut to the web page and place it on the desktop.
2. To view how a certain web page is encoded, right-click on the page and click "View source file" to obtain the source encoding of a certain web page.
3. To zoom in or out of text on a web page, click the View menu, and then click Text Size. Press F5 to refresh the screen.
4. To quickly save the web page to the user's favorites list, press Ctrl + D key combination.
5. Click the File menu, point to Send, and then click Email Page to send a web page in the email.
6. Web pictures and backgrounds can be made into wonderful desktop wallpaper. Just right-click the picture the user wants and click "Set as wallpaper".
7. To save a web page or image without opening it, right-click the link the user wants and click Save Target As.
8. To quickly load a web page, click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab, and then close the sound and pictures.
9. To view all Internet address links that the user typed during the session, click the small down arrow at the right end of the address bar.
10. Users can set different security levels for each Web site. Please click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
11. To search for a word or phrase on the web page, press Ctrl + F to open the "Find" dialog box.
12. Click the "History" button on the toolbar to see a list of the recently visited Web sites by the user.
13. If the user wants to know how to use the World Wide Web, click the Help menu and then click Tutorial.
14. Right-click on a certain web page and click "Create Shortcut" to quickly create a shortcut to the web page and place it on the desktop.
15. Press F5 to refresh to ensure that the web page the user is viewing contains the latest content.
16. If the email program used by the user is Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, the user can drag the Internet shortcut into the email.
17. Drag the shortcut to the web page into the link bar, and you can open the frequently visited web pages by users with just one click.
18. To stop downloading web pages, press the Esc key.
19. To unline the web page link, click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
