What is _desktop.ini?

About the _desktop.ini file, we will start with the last time my computer was raped by a virus. After getting infected with the viking virus last time, I found that there was a _desktop.ini file in some directories. At first, I was confused with it. I thought it was, but today I found something was wrong when I uploaded something to the server. Many directories have this thing, so I searched the Internet and found that it was left behind after killing the viking virus.

How to clean up so many _desktop.ini? Here are two cleaning methods:
Method 1:
Click the Start menu, then select Run, enter cmd to enter Enter, and a command prompt window will appear, enter the following commands in it
      del d:\_desktop.ini /f/s/q/a
Force delete the _desktop.ini file in all directories under the d disk (including the d disk itself) and do not prompt whether to delete it. If you want to delete the _desktop.ini file of the c disk, change the above command to del c:\_desktop.ini /f/s/q/a, and so on
/f Forced deletion of read-only files
/q Specifies the silent state. You will not be prompted to confirm the deletion.
/s Delete the specified file from the current directory and all its subdirectories. Displays the file name being deleted.
/a means to delete according to the attributes

Method 2:
Use the search function of Windows to search for all drive letters _desktop.ini files, and delete all _desktop.ini files after searching.
