WINDOWS cannot find this program, it is simply a file in the online banking client program. It must be some program installed by the customer himself. After asking the customer, I learned that they had installed the OICQ chat program a few days ago, and later deleted the OICQ. It turned out that OICQ set its own browser Tencent Explorer as the default browser when it was installed. After deleting OICQ, HTML, HTM, URL and other files are still associated with it, so users cannot connect to online banking.
Once the reason is found, the solution is found. Just modify the file association and associate HTML, HTM, URL and other files with IE.
1. Open "Folder Options" in "Explorer Tools", click "File Type" in it, and find a file with the extension "HTM" in "Registered File Type". Select the HTM file and click "Advanced" to find that its default opening method has been changed to "TencentExplorer", select "TencentExplorer" and click Delete, then select Open with IE and set it to the default value.
2. If you only take the first step, when you log in to online banking, it will also show that "http://202.99.30.218/icbc/corporbank/" cannot be opened. Therefore, you have to search for files with file types as "URL: File Transfer Protocol" and "URL: Hypertext Transfer Protocol" in folder options/file type/registered file type", change its association from the original "TencentExplorer" to IE and set it to the default value.
After the modification is completed, you can log in to the online banking smoothly.
