The Secret on Milk Packing - Let You Know the Really Produced Date of Milk

Generally, there will be a production date on milk packaging (that is for consumers to see). There is also a code composed of English and numbers, and this set of codes is the real milk production date. So how can we identify the company's code to understand the real production date of commercial milk? Generally printed on the packaging of milk: production date: 08 05 10 HDC8 H, among which: production date: 08 05 10 (for consumers), everyone can understand it; password: HDC8 H, no one knows what this means, in fact, this is the real production date of milk. The contents represented by the password here are: The first English letter represents year: industry regulations A: 01 B: 02 C: 03 D: 04 E: 05 and so on H: 08. . . (Sometimes the year is omitted, only displaying months and days).
The second English letter represents the month: industry regulations A: January B: February C: March D: April E: May and so on E: May. . . K: November L: December.
The third English letters and numbers represent dates: industry regulations
Add A: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9 before the 1st and 9th;
Before the 10th to 19th, turn 1 into B:B0,B1,B2,B3,B4,B5,B6,B7,B8,B9;
Before the 20th to 29th, turn 2 into C:C0,C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,C6,C7,C8,C9;
Turn 3 into D0 and D1 before 30-31.
Therefore: HDC8 represents April 28, 2008

This means that although the milk printed on the packaging is the production date: 08 05 10, the actual production date of the milk is April 28, 2008, which is 12 days apart.

Give another example
Production date 07 06 01 (for consumers)
Password: GEB4 means that the real production date is actually May 14, 2007
A dairy factory can produce several dates a day, for example: production date 08 09 19 Password: HIB1 (September 11, 2008) Production date 08 09 23 Password: HIB1 (September 11, 2008)

The production dates on the above two packaging are different, but the actual production dates are the same, both on September 11th.
Why do Chinese milk manufacturers do this? Isn’t this a fraud in consumers? It's still caused by Chinese characteristics.
Since the technical conditions of Chinese milk manufacturers do not meet the standards, the bacteria in milk are several times higher than the 100 foreign index, about 200 in winter and about 400 in summer. If the sterilization is high, it will reduce the nutrients such as vitamins in the milk (the quality assurance is guaranteed by ultrafiltration technology abroad). Therefore, in order to reduce costs, the milk produced in Chinese dairy factories often has a short storage time. In addition, the storage, transportation and shopping mall preparation time, if the production date is written truthfully, it may be the expiration date as soon as it is placed on the shelves, so you have to take it off and throw it away! Writing a fake production date protects the economic interests of milk manufacturers (as long as the packaging does not bulge, it will continue to be sold even if it expires. As long as people eat it, they can make money. This is the characteristic of China). The production dates on the above two packaging are different, but the actual production dates are the same, both on September 11th. On September 17, the milk on the package on September 19 will be delivered to various supermarkets. After selling it, the milk on the package on September 23 will be delivered to the supermarkets around September 21. In fact, they were all produced on September 11. That is to say, we produced milk from September 19 and September 23 at the same time on September 11. Some manufacturers sometimes produce 4 or 5 different dates a day.
