A large number of sites on this server use bandwidth limiting function (that is, limiting the maximum bandwidth of a website per second), but the Qos service is not installed in the network card, which results in IIS thinking that this is a wrong website and will be lost. The solution to this problem is to install Qos first and then restore the website:
The function of bandwidth limiting for each virtual host is that QoS is selected in the properties of the network card. If you do not see the Qos item, please click Install and select the "Qos Packet Schedule Task" in the service. After installation, restart IIS, and the bandwidth limit will take effect. Note that during the Qos installation process, the server's network will be interrupted for about 20 seconds.
