Pick up the ball with a racket
The key lies in the mastery of the movements and starting point of the hand and the movement route after the ball leaves the ground.
First, pick up balls on the ground by rackets, mainly using fingers and wrists. Fingers control the angle of the slap surface and the ground, and wrists exert force.
Second, when picking up the ball, the slap surface is at an angle of about 80 to 85 degrees to the ground. The slap is lightly attached to the ball head and ground. The thumb, index finger and middle finger are used to rotate the slap surface. At the same time, the wrist strap arm is drawn to the upper left.
Third, after the ball is pulled off the ground, the slap surface is tilted downward (that is, rotated clockwise about 90 degrees from the initial angle) and move along the ball's movement route (this is the key, you need to master it proficiently and experience it more).
O(∩_∩)O~, because I couldn’t demonstrate it to the poster in person, I had to roughly summarize the above based on my reflection on my feeling when I picked up the ball from the ground, hoping it would be useful. I wish you learn as soon as possible and show your handsomeness on the court
When the badminton lands on the ground, it looks like a V-shaped shape from above. You use the side of the racket to lean against the V-shaped side, but you cannot touch it. Otherwise, the ball will roll back and re-adjust the position. (But when you become proficient, you can touch the side of the ball, because at this time you can hook the ball at a very fast speed, and you will hook it before the ball rolls.)
When you first started trying, the angle between the center axis and the ground of the racket can be smaller, below 45 degrees or lower, and the surface and ground are 90 degrees. People must bend over, and the athletes on TV also bend over.
The preparations are done, and the following are the more critical points. (First talk about the correct method of holding the slap. Put your hand flat on the slap string, then slide down to the base of the slap handle to grasp; or place the slap flat on the table, close your eyes, and pick up the slap.) Suppose you are holding the slap with your right hand. At this time, let the beat rotate with your right hand, as if you were going to copy the ball. This is the real key. Keep spinning the beat with your right wrist. Because the ball-brushing action just now gives the ball a left movement. Continue to rotate the racket and rotate the racquet surface that is attached to the ball to an angle that prevents the ball from moving to the left. When doing the rotation racket, as long as the ball is picked up by you, you should straighten your body while rotating the racket surface to prevent the ball from moving to the left.
There are two types, one is called side slip and the other is called downward pressure
Sliding side means holding the badminton ball towards you, and then shovel the beat from the side. Note that the beat is vertical at an angle of about 80 to 45 degrees, use the beat frame to bring the ball, and then gradually lay it flat. When shoveling, the ball is good and you don’t need to touch the floor. Don’t use it outdoors, as it is too worn.
It is difficult to press down. Use the slap head to press the ball hair. At the tip of the tail, use the ball's elastic deformation to jump onto the racket, or press the ball down until the ball holder stands upwards. In this way, use the slap frame to touch the side of the ball hair. When the ball falls, the center of gravity is facing the slap surface. Just control the racket to lay flat.
The point is to cut the side with the side... Keep the side of the ball parallel to the raft, and it doesn't matter if the ball head is facing you or the front... Practice to a certain level, the angle is larger, and it is not as side-to-side as the side... The point of exerting force on your hands is not to use your arms, use your wrist to flip the force of the racket, and scoop the ball up
Supplementary 2
First change to a box-shaped frame brand, so it is relatively easier to get up and the ball is stable~
First, straighten the badminton, which is required that the direction pointed by the head or tail of the badminton is basically parallel to your slap.
Second, keep the racket at an angle less than 90 degrees with the ground, and the badminton is located at an acute angle (if the right hand holds the racket, the badminton is on the left side of the racket surface, and the left hand holds the racket vice versa)
Third, naturally lead the pat to the right (left hand holding the pat to the left), and the angle decreases accordingly.
Fourth, quickly shovel the slap to the left (hold the left hand and move to the right), so that the badminton enters the slap with the inertia of the slap, and adds the ball like a hook
Fifth, keep the surface of the slap stable after shoveling and try to be parallel to the ground.
Beginners should be careful not to use the middle and upper tackles close to the head of the mattress like athletes. That is only possible for those who are very skilled in tackles. Beginners must bend down. The smaller the angle between the mattress and the ground, the better. That is, try to use the middle tackles in the frame. Practice the feeling first. After you find the feeling slowly, then try another one. You can also put the badminton invert (the head of the ball is facing upward), and use the mat to practice tackles to find the feeling of the tackle and the feeling of the stable ball. Maybe at the beginning, the tackle ball will fly out, and it doesn’t matter. You can practice slowly, and you don’t have to rush to shovel the ball and use your left hand to catch it. Beginners learn to tackle the ball first and learn to catch the ball with their left hand. Of course, if the foundation is good, you can directly let the ball stay on the surface of the mattress. This is the most ideal state.
Supplementary Three
Use the frame to gently pick the badminton ball support, rotate your wrist slightly inward, practice a few more times, and you will be fine
