Formats is based on industry standards XML and ZIP technology, and all technology suppliers fully support this integration. This standard is available under license without copyright restrictions. The Format specification will be published and obtained based on the same license without copyright restrictions. The license is called Microsoft Office 2003 Reference Schemas, which is publicly provided and widely used in the entire industry.
