MSAgent detailed explanation page 3/5

4. Makeover
MSAgent = Merlin? Wrong! MSAgent refers to a general term for a series of animated characters. Everyone should be familiar with the most common live treasures in the office? Let’s take a look at the following example:

[Ctrl+A Select all Note:Introducing external Js requires refreshing the page before execution]

Have you seen it? It turns out that MSAgent has so many cute looks! In the above routine, I defined a function LoadAgent that reads the role. Replace the role through this function. Most of the functions have been introduced in the previous chapter. Here I will only explain the new method:

() Uninstall the role, where AgentID must be declared in ()

() This method was introduced in the previous section, but if you put it in () , it is equivalent to defining the role's appearance location

In fact, MSAgent is definitely not just that much, but Microsoft’s official website only provides so much... what to do? You can connect characters from his website, of course you can use them from your website! You can download the official role and voice engine here /msagent/downloads/ (unless in Chinese); of course, if you are interested, you can also develop your own Agent, related development tools /msagent/downloads/. There are also many animated characters made by experts on the Internet. Recommend a website/ you can also search for it yourself.

After installation, the role file is stored in the *.acs file in the %WINDOWS%\msagent\chars directory, upload it to the server and directly reference it to that path! (You can also search for *.acs in your hard drive. You will gain a lot.) Here you need to explain, please change the relevant statements in the program that indicate the network path, and note that the extension is .acs!

If you want to make the machine support the corresponding MSAgent, that is, you don’t need to call it in the network. Just copy the *.acs file to the %WINDOWS%\msagent\chars directory, but if it is an installation file of *.exe, the role file will be automatically placed in the corresponding path.
