1. Can't print to the original size when printing?
Since the Scanner's printing function can only print images according to the size of the paper, you need to store the scanned images and use other software to print the images out.
2. No image appears after the scan is completed?
Please check whether the "Scan" command under the "File" menu is "Batch Scan". If so, please execute the "Options/Manual Scan" command to recover.
3. There is a "naming error" when executing the scan command?
When executing the "Options/Auto Scan" command setting, the batch naming does not comply with the regulations.
4. The scanner is a Chinese interface, while the scan window is an English interface or there is a garbled code?
When installing the scanner driver, it is caused by selecting "English" or "Traditional Chinese". Uninstall and reinstall the driver you installed. Select "Simplified Chinese" during installation, and the interface can restore the normal Chinese menu display.
5. Why can't it be saved in JPEG format when saving a file?
If the "black and white" mode is used during scanning, it cannot be saved in JPEG format.
6. Can't scan correctly under NT?
Please use Photoshop or other 32-bit image processing software to scan.
7. When processing images in Scanner, the system prompts "#1413: Paste file matches the current file type" when executing the paste command?
Since the clipboard set by the scanner is in true color mode, images with COPY (copy) or CUT (cut) cannot be PASTE (pasted) into grayscale, color 256 and black and white mode pictures, and can only be Paste to True Color (true color) mode image files.
8. In a white-shaded image file, can't enter text?
Since the foreground color defaults to white, just like "write white words on white paper", the actual text has been written but the handwriting is not visible. Just set the foreground color to any other color that can be distinguished from white, and you can write and display it normally.
9. How to set the background color?
Move the cursor over the "Fore/Background Color" tool icon, right-click, set the color and confirm to modify the set background color.
10. Why is the Chinese entered "lying down"?
When setting the font, set it to a font without the "@" mark, and the text orientation will be normal.
