Novice can also "use it" on the system registry

We all know that the registry plays a very important role in the operating system, so when encountering problems, novices can't help but try it out with fear. But wait! Modifying the registry is not a joke. If it is not done well, the computer will go on strike. Recently, I almost paralyzed the system, but after asking experts for advice and exploring myself, I think novices can still "touch" the registry. Let's try it step by step.

Step 1: First, build a folder in any partition outside the system partition, and name it "Registration Table" (name
Can be taken arbitrarily). Note that this folder must be built in a partition other than the system partition to prevent it from being deleted when reinstalling the system.

Step 2: Open the Registry Editor and find the options you want to modify. For example: If you want to delete the "Login" item in the "Start" menu, open the "HKEY-CURRENT-USER\Software\Microsoft Windows\Current Version\Policies\Explorer” key value.

Step 3: Don’t be busy modifying first, make a backup of this branch first. Click the menu "Register/Export Registration File" in the registry editor. A dialog box appears. In the "Save in" input field, find your "Register" folder, and then enter "Delete Logout (Restore)" in the "File Name" input field and click "Save". In this way, once the registry is modified, it is used to restore the original state of the registry.

Step 4: Modify the options. Right-click in the blank space in the right window of the Registry Editor, select "New/Binary Value", change "New Value #1" to "Nologoff", and then double-click it and change its value to "1".

Step 5: Click "Explorer" in the left window of the registry editor to make it whiten, and then follow the third step to make a backup of the modified branch, and the file name is "Delete Logout (Modify)".

Now, the basic work is done. At any time, if you want to delete the "Logout" item, open your "Register Secret Techniques" folder and click on the file "Delete Logout (Modify)", a dialog box will pop up, asking if you want to add this information to the registry, and click "Yes"; Similarly, at any time, if you want to restore the "Logout" item and click on the file "Delete Logout (Restore)", a dialog box will pop up. It should be noted that some options will take effect immediately, while some options will need to restart the computer before they will take effect.

In the same way, you can also make many options to modify the registry. For example: fixing hidden hard disks, deleting IE hierarchical review passwords, restoring browser default pages, changing the name of the recycling bin, etc. Remember: every time you make a modification, you must make a backup first!

Of course, if you don't want to do it yourself, it will be easier to choose to use software like "Magic Rabbit" to optimize the registry. But then you won't be able to enjoy doing it yourself
