One solution to IE cannot access the Internet

The company has dozens of computers and is connected to a local area network. One day someone told his computer that he could not access the Internet, so as a network administrator, I arrived quickly:
1. First ping other computers on the network, and connect;
2. Log in with QQ and find that it can be online, OK;
3. Open IE and you can find the address, but the final display timeout cannot be uploaded, which is dizzy;
4. Reinstall TCP/IP protocol, restart (win98), but still can't go, hurry;
This made me very anxious, what should I do? Only a live horse can be treated as a dead horse. Suddenly, I had an idea and thought of the sfc program in 98. Once I ran it, I found that many system files were lost. After joining it, IE was run, and it was normal. It's really easy to get it. A feature is released for everyone's emergency use.
