Method 1: Fake identification
1. When the computer prompts that it is necessary to replace the ink cartridge, follow the normal steps to put the new ink cartridge in.
2. Then open: Control Panel—Print—Print Properties—Application Tools—Check the ink residue. We can see that the ink is full. Do not click "OK" at this time, and do not turn off the printer power.
3. The rightmost end of the printer is the printing ink truck, pull the ink truck to the place where the ink cartridge is replaced. Take out the ink cartridge, replace it with the original computer and prompt that the ink cartridge has been "used out of ink", then put it on the rightmost end of the printer (that is, push the ink car back to its original place). Then we saw that the ink was still full, click OK, and the ink cartridge can be used.
In addition, if you don’t want to use a new ink cartridge to “came”, you can pry the chip on the ink cartridge with a knife tip or a small screwdriver, and then install the new chip. For detailed methods, please refer to the introduction below.
Method 2: Core replacement
1. Follow the procedure of changing the ink cartridge, remove the ink cartridge from the used printer, drill or tear the seal on it to expose the ink filling hole, fill the ink color with the original ink cartridge and seal it with transparent tape (it is OK to use ordinary compatible ink).
2. Pry off the chip on the old ink cartridge filled with ink with a knife or a small screwdriver, and then install the chip of the new ink cartridge on it.
3. Install the old ink cartridge filled with ink and new chips on the printer. At this time, you will see the full ink volume of the ink cartridge you replaced, and then click "OK".
4. After the ink cartridge automatically returns to the last end of the printer, after stopping, use a small screwdriver or wire to pull the ink car outward, you can pull the ink car to the place where the ink cartridge is replaced. (It's easy! But don't use brute force!!!)
5. Take out the ink cartridge, remove the new chip, replace it with the original old chip, then install the ink cartridge, push it to the rightmost end of the printer, and then push the ink car back to its original place, and then click the ink display. You will see that the ink reading cartridge is full of ink, and then click "OK". Filling ink is considered successful at this time.
Tips for ink filling of PSON inkjet printers
Since the EPSON ink cartridge is separated from the nozzle, there is no need to punch holes on it, you only need a few disposable syringes to complete the task.
Before adding ink, you need to prepare broadband tape, absorbent paper, compatible ink, pure water, and disposable syringe. Follow the inkjet printer instructions to remove the ink cartridge and perform the following work (see the following figure for key steps):
1. Wipe the spray hole at the bottom of the ink cartridge with absorbent paper and seal the nozzle with a clean broadband tape (that is the thicker adhesive layer, such as membrane electrical tape).
2. You can vaguely see two small holes at the position where the label is attached to the ink cartridge. The first hole is about 1cm away from the edge, and the second hole is 1.4cm away from the first hole. Use a disposable syringe to carefully pierce the adhesive film (with little force control), the first hole is the ink filling hole, and the second hole is the ventilation hole.
3. Use a disposable syringe to absorb about 5 ml of ink, tilt the ink outlet hole upwards and tilt 45 degrees to prevent the ink from overflowing from the balance hole on the upper part of the ink cartridge when the ink is almost full.
4. Inject ink: Slowly inject the ink from the disposable syringe into the ink hole. The ink filling operation should be fast first and then slow. Repeat the operation several times until it is completed. At the same time, observe through the transparent plastic shell on the left side of the ink cartridge, just pour the ink to 4/5 of the capacity of the ink cartridge. It should not be too full, and then wipe the ink near the ink hole with absorbent paper.
5. When installing the ink cartridge into the printer, be careful to insert the ink cartridge into the bracket, the back of the cartridge must be closely attached to the bracket. Only when the position is installed straight can the ink cartridge locking lever be gently pushed into place. If the hand feels blocked, it means that the ink cartridge is not in the right position. At this time, you can loosen the locking lever and move the ink cartridge up and down with your left hand, while gently pushing the locking lever with your right hand to feel the position.
6. Finally, open "My Computer → Printer → Properties → Control Center" and enter "Cleaning Print Head". After one or two cleanings, and ensuring that the air at the ink outlet is removed, print a test page and you are ready to use it.
If you want to add colored ink, it is also OK, but the steps are a little more complicated. You need to inject different colors of ink in three times.
It must be emphasized that there are some small grooves on the surface of the box - ventilation grooves, part of which is under the label. In order to ensure the consistency of the atmospheric pressure inside and outside the ink cartridge, it cannot be completely sealed when pasting tape, otherwise it will lead to inability to print.
